State Firearm Restrictions

At Arcane Armory, we follow all federal, state, and local laws to keep things safe and legal. This guide breaks down key restrictions by state so you can shop with confidence.

By buying from us, you agree that:

  • You're responsible for following all federal, state, and local laws on buying, owning, and using our products.
  • You've checked that what you're buying is okay in your area.
  • You won't hold Arcane Armory responsible for any issues from your purchase or use.

We don't ship any products to:

  • Chicago, IL
  • Massachusetts
  • Washington, D.C.
  • Puerto Rico or any U.S. territories

All firearms go to the address on your FFL license (we check it via ATF's FFL EZ Check). No P.O. boxes for firearms, ammo, or drop-shipped items. Freight forwarding is needed for Alaska and Hawaii.

Knife Restrictions

Before buying knives, make sure you follow these federal rules:

Federal law bans shipping switchblades, out-the-front (OTF) knives, and automatic knives across state lines, except in special cases like government or military orders.

Automatic Knives Defined

  1. They open with a button press, inertia, gravity, or both.
  2. They don't include knives with a closing bias that need hand strength to open.

Limited Who Can Buy Them

  1. Federal government folks for official use.
  2. National Guard or state militia for official use.
  3. State or local government for official use.
  4. Makers or dealers shipping to the above.

Arcane Armory won't sell automatic knives unless these rules are met.

Delaware
