Arcane Armory Shipping and Return Policy

At Arcane Armory, we strive to provide a seamless shopping experience for firearms, ammunition, and accessories. Please review our shipping and return policy below to understand how we process and deliver your orders.

Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Destinations

  • We ship exclusively to legal jurisdictions within the continental United States. We do not ship to US territories, including Puerto Rico, Guam, or the US Virgin Islands.
  • Products not eligible for the shipping address jurisdiction will be removed from the order, and you will be notified via email.

2. Firearms Shipping

  • All firearms sales are final. No returns or refunds are accepted for firearms or ammunition due to federal and state regulations.
  • Firearms ship only to approved Federal Firearms License (FFL) holders for transfer. The shipping address must match the address of the transfer FFL provided at checkout.
  • Visit arcanearmorygunshop.com/shipping-ffls/ for our approved FFL list.
  • Long guns ship via ground transportation with a $15 flat shipping charge.
  • Handguns ship via 2-Day delivery with a $25 flat shipping charge.
  • All firearms shipments require an Adult Signature upon delivery.
  • Firearm shipping fees are in addition to standard shipping rates for non-firearm items in the order.
  • If an order contains both firearms and accessories/ammunition, the order will be split. Firearms will ship separately to the transfer FFL, and accessories/ammunition will ship to the customer’s provided address (if legally permitted).
  • Arcane Armory has no knowledge or control over FFL transfer fees or policies. Customers are responsible for contacting their transfer FFL prior to ordering to confirm fees and requirements.
  • Faulty firearms must be sent directly to the manufacturer for warranty and repair services. Arcane Armory does not handle firearm repairs or warranty claims.

3. Accessories and Non-Firearm Shipping

  • Orders under $99 (excluding firearms) are subject to a $12 flat rate shipping fee.
  • Orders over $100 (excluding firearms) ship free nationwide via ground transportation.
  • Accessories and ammunition cannot be shipped with firearms due to regulatory restrictions and will be sent separately to the customer’s provided address, if permitted by law.

4. Order Processing and Delivery

  • Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days, excluding weekends and federal holidays.
  • We use reputable carriers to ensure safe and timely delivery. Tracking information will be provided via email once your order ships.
  • Delivery times vary based on the carrier and destination but typically range from 2-7 business days for ground shipping and 2 days for handguns.

5. Backorders

  • If an item is out of stock, we will notify you via email with an estimated restock date. You may choose to wait for the item or cancel the order for a refund of the backordered item’s cost.

6. Lost or Stolen Shipments

  • If a package is lost or stolen during transit, please contact us at support@arcanearmorygunshop.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue, but Arcane Armory is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they leave our facility.

7. Compliance with Laws

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring compliance with all federal, state, and local laws regarding the purchase, possession, and transfer of firearms, ammunition, and accessories.
  • Arcane Armory reserves the right to cancel any order that does not comply with applicable laws, with a full refund issued.

Return Policy

1. Firearms and Ammunition

  • All sales of firearms and ammunition are final. No returns, refunds, or exchanges are permitted due to federal and state regulations.
  • For defective firearms, please contact the manufacturer directly for warranty and repair services.

2. Accessories

  • Non-firearm items (e.g., holsters, optics, or other accessories) may be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided they are unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
  • To initiate a return, contact us at support@arcanearmorygunshop.com with your order number and reason for return.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect non-firearm item, please notify us within 7 days of delivery at support@arcanearmorygunshop.com.
  • We will provide a prepaid return label and either replace the item or issue a full refund, based on your preference and item availability.

Order Cancellations

  • Orders may be canceled before they are processed for shipping. To cancel, contact us at support@arcanearmorygunshop.com with your order number.
  • Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled and is subject to the return policy above.
  • Firearm orders cannot be canceled once shipped.
